If your name is listed, please contact the tax collector at (704) 243-0505 ext. 300 to confirm the actual amounts due and make payment arrangements.  Please note that unpaid taxes on real property constitute a lien on that property, and that the property may be subject to tax sale, North Carolina debt setoff, garnishment, or other collection proceedings.
